The idea behind this tv show is a sitcom focused on a single man who owns his own small coffee shop. I wanted to set the mood of "setting up shop" which throws the audience into the show at the beginning. Zeddie Little isn't really an actor but he's very famous (google him!) and Zoey is one of my favorite actresses.
I widdled this down into a 25 second spot mostly because I spent a lot of time focused on texturing and trying to get a photorealistic piece, which I feel like I achieved.
I'm a little unhappy with the text so I might fix it as well as how the song ends.
Overall I feel like I stuck with this project since day one. I love how I have this realistic 3D feel juxtaposed with solid, flat typography. I like how the animation is slow juxtaposed with the happy upbeat music.
If I could add anything to this it would be making espresso liquid pour into the shot glasses and maybe an extra scene to make things go a little faster.
